AI is changing how people find health information, access services and make decisions about their health.
But who gets heard? Who gets overlooked? And how do we make sure new technologies don't widen existing health inequalities?
Our mission is Making Hidden Voices Heard.
We believe the people most at risk of exclusion should be at the heart of how we design health information, communications and services.
And we believe professionals need opportunities to learn from each other, share what works and build the confidence to navigate change.
A Community of Practice. Built by practitioners, for practitioners.
Our AI & Trust Skills Summit brings together professionals working across public health, health communications, marketing, behavioural science and audience insight.
Over 270 people attended our 2026 summit. In 2027, we want to build on that momentum and grow a connected, supportive Community of Practice.
This isn't another conference where experts talk at people.
It's a space where practitioners share their experiences, challenge assumptions, learn new skills and help one another navigate the changing digital environment.

AI Survival Skills for Changemakers · Get smarter in 3 minutes a week
You can learn to write an AI prompt in five minutes. But that's not the point.
If you don't understand how people make decisions, what influences their behaviour or how bias shapes our thinking, how can you judge whether AI is giving you a good answer?
That's why Hidden Voices Heard brings together behavioural science, health inequalities and critical AI literacy.
Because using AI is one thing. Knowing when to trust it, challenge it and recognise whose voices are missing is another.
AI is getting smarter. Your human judgement matters more than ever.
Build trust. Don't break it.
And don't do it alone. Learn and build with your Community of Practice.
