WHY THIS BOOTCAMP

You don't wake up feeling like you need another 100-page behaviour change handbook.

You need to understand your audience, plan the change and get the work done.

We've trained over 500 people through our Behaviour Change Marketing Bootcamp. Then we asked: how can AI speed this up? So we tested it on our own research and behaviour change work. Some of it's wow. Some of it's shocking.

This Bootcamp teaches you both: what AI can do for audience research and behaviour change, and where it gets it wrong. Bring your own campaign, research challenge, communications plan or AI adoption project and put your learning straight to work.

You're not alone

We asked health, comms and public health professionals about their biggest challenges.

43%

rely heavily on assumptions because they don't have time or budget for research

55%

struggle to engage some communities despite repeated efforts

41%

collect insight but aren't always sure what to do with it

HOW WE DO IT DIFFERENTLY

The old way. The new risk. The better way.

The old way

  • Audience research is expensive, slow or simply doesn't happen.
  • Research skills are often outside your role or experience.
  • Campaigns and strategies can be built on incomplete evidence.
  • Research, analysis and planning take considerable time.
  • It's difficult to keep up with new technology alongside your existing work.

The new risk

  • AI produces convincing audience insights without necessarily having heard from your audience.
  • AI creates surveys, interview guides and focus groups containing leading questions and assumptions.
  • AI reinforces bias, overlooks barriers and makes weak conclusions look credible.
  • AI accelerates the wrong process or repeats mistakes through automation.
  • AI becomes part of everyday work without people understanding its limitations.

The better way

  • Use AI to explore evidence, identify research gaps and develop better audience insight for less.
  • Learn how to ask better questions and design more effective research and engagement.
  • Apply behavioural science, HEARD™ and critical AI checks to challenge what you're being told.
  • Build reusable AI tools, assistants and workflows with human judgement built in.
  • Develop practical AI confidence and keep learning with fellow professionals.

AI makes the work faster. We help make the thinking better.

Real results from the Bootcamp

6.1%

engagement rate – over 5% higher than the local authority average

+268.5%

website traffic during the campaign

“After attending the Bootcamp, we launched the ‘walk from home’ competition, which focused on social norms rather than negative social proof. The competition posts achieved an engagement rate of 6.1% – over 5% higher than the local authority average. Throughout the campaign, website traffic increased by 268.5%.”
