WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Â
Module 1:
How to reduce assumptions, debunk decision making so you can understand your 'hard to reach' behaviours (and where/if AI fits)Â
You will cut through behavioural jargon and understand what behaviour change is... and is not. What behavioural science is and how health psychology can help us.
You will learn how human behaviour, trust, assumptions, systems and lived experience shape real-world outcomes AND why this is essential when working to reduce health inequalities and reach communities that services often struggle to hear from.
Perfect for: Writing strategy, comms plans, marketing plans, internal comms, service redesign, insight capture, commissioning specifications, Ai adoption, digital literacy gap planning
Includes the popular - C.O.M.-B and E.A.S.T. frameworks - you will learn what and HOW to use them. Not theory actual practice.Â
Â
Â
Module 2:
How to uncover hidden barriers and hidden voices - stop asking people what the want and do this instead!
Build practical behavioural thinking skills so you can ask better questions, challenge assumptions and better understand the experiences shaping behaviour, trust and engagement.
Perfect for:Â Designing community engagement, focus groups, surveys, commissioning research, desk-top research, case studies or simply just you doing it!
Â
Â
Module 3:
How to communicate lived experience as a leader not a case study so you design for real life, not ideal life
Learn how to stop human insight getting lost between strategy, communication and delivery - so the people most affected by decisions remain connected to them.
Perfect for: managing stakeholders
Â
Â
Plus - weaved throughout the training so you explore from every angle:
Where AI fits in decision making and impact on health inequalities
Explore how AI is changing insight, communication and behaviour change and why human understanding remains essential when working with complex human problems.
Perfect for: Bridging digital literacy cannot be done without first understanding the role AI is playing in your audience's lives. This is critical even if your audience does not use AI!Â
