Why this matters

It doesn't matter who it is - because some hard to reach are not the most vulnerable or even patients they are the busy people that are completely disengaged from your offer. But  sometimes they are the highly vulnerable whose voices are being shouted down by a busy system. Why this matters

This really is the secret sauce.

If you manage stakeholders, lead teams, or need to sell ideas into clients and organisations, your behavioural insight has to actually get used. And that means being able to clearly communicate behaviour change — strategically.

Sorry, but dropping a COM-B table into the front of a presentation does not count.

Meet Your Bootcamp Lead

Ruth Dale is Founder of Hidden Voices Heard - a behavioural insights consultancy helping organisations better understand the people systems often struggle to reach.

For over 20 years, Ruth has worked across public health, behaviour change and communication - supporting NHS organisations, local authorities and national campaigns on complex challenges including smoking, vaccinations, obesity and mental health.

Her work combines behavioural science, lived experience and audience insight to help organisations move beyond awareness-led approaches and better understand how people actually think, feel and behave in the real world.

Through Hidden Voices Heard and the BrainFuel podcast, Ruth has helped thousands of public health professionals, communicators and service leads better understand behaviour change in practice.

Bootcamp is built around the same behavioural thinking, empathy mapping and insight approaches used every day in Hidden Voices Heard projects across the UK.
