How It Works
1. Weekly Live Practice
60-minute strategy sessions (delivered twice weekly and recorded for flexibility) where you apply the Look–Listen–Learn™ formula directly to your live health challenge.

2. Private Consultancy Hours
Each participant receives two 60-minute 1:1 consultancy sessions during the programme. Use them to shape your insight plan, test your analysis, or refine recommendations with direct expert input.

3. Leaders’ Forum
A private space for peer discussion, accountability and shared learning with other senior decision-makers tackling similar challenges.

4. On-Demand Learning
Step-by-step video lessons, frameworks and tools released weekly so you can deepen your practice at a pace that fits your diary and return to them whenever you need.

With 20+ years’ experience and work spanning 300+ organisations, the team’s proven Look–Listen–Learn™ formula has been applied across smoking, vaping, healthy weight, prevention and sexual health to move programmes from assumptions to clarity.
This four-week, application-only programme is built for senior decision-makers. It combines evidence-based frameworks (including COM-B, E.A.S.T., TPB) with practical consultancy to deliver one outcome: an insight-led strategy that works.

Guest Faculty: Dr Nikita Rowley — (PhD, CPsychol) is an experienced mixed method Researcher and Chartered Psychologist. Nikita has vast research experience in a variety of areas, including health behaviour change, public health, physical activity, exercise and health and implementing both behaviour change and behavioural insights.
